AQUABRID®
Details:AQUABRID® is a fully synthetic surgical sealant for aortic surgical procedures. On contact with water, AQUABRID® forms an elastic layer within 3 to 5 minutes - making it best suited for use in wet conditions. AQUABRID® provides a strong seal in the aorta, stretching and constricting as the vessel contracts. AQUABRID® has been commercially available in Japan under the name HYDROFIT® since 2014.
